Can never get this man. The staff is sweet at Everest- Longview rehabilitation is what it is called now. Family will never be put in the loop when it comes to the care of ones wife. Very disrespectful staff when I tried to find out what is going on.. Wish I could give less stars than 1. Don't take my word for it. Just start asking questions and see how fare you get.

Re deceased mother’s bill Sent a bill for my mothers care. I paid it. Sent another, in my grief, I again paid not realizing I had already done. Then, sent a third bill for same exact amount. Have TWO cleared checks for this bill, and a third bill for the same. Have been told he sent a refund for the second cleared check but I have received nothing. Azalea Billing said they cannot make him issue a check. I have called his office directly, to no avail. To be so greedy and dishonest, especially after a loved one’s death, shows his true level of care for his patients.

Dr Nguyen has been my doctor at Everest Rehab. He is exceptional as an internist and really listens a d cares for his patients. He is an assist to greater East Texas and also had his own clinic.
