I have been going to this practice for three years. First three years, all was good. A few months back, I requested for one of my prescriptions to be filled. I did so by leaving a voicemail as is the case 99% of the time I call. After four left messages and an in person meeting with James Childress requesting the refill, it still has not been done and is over a month past due. More recently I had knee pain., After an exam I sent to the hospital for an MRI. That was two weeks ago. I have called and guess what....left messages, and so far no response. I will never return to this office.

Sends patients hours out of their way when their is superior quality surgeons 15 min away in Cookeville. Stark Act violation? Kickback from Nashville, Knoxville, or insurance ? How about putting the patient first for a change.

Dr Webb WAS a great doctor. He is not any longer! I was "fired" from his practice for too many rescheduled appointments, even though I did not receive a single verbal or written warning prior to being let go. Not a single one of his staff ever mentioned that I needed to make sure I was making it to my scehduled appointments. Totally unfair. For this reason I give Dr Webb a single star review.
