Dr. Uday Saraiya, MD

Myself and my wife didn’t have any problems with medical records, medication renewals, communication with the staff or office hours. It seems as if these other reviews are personal instead of focused on the service level of care. Or plain trouble makers. We have lived in the Las Vegas Area for 10 years now and this is the best Speciality office I have been to so far with the least amount of wait time and great staff.

Now this is years ago but I think very important. I saw the Dr got tests done. Endoscopy and ultrasounds. After being diagnosed with hiatal hernia and fatty liver I was given a script for meds and on my way. A couple months later I was having trouble getting them to send refills over to the pharmacy. I also felt I had more questions about my condition but nobody would call back. I asked my primary and they referred me to a different gastro.... The office never sent my records To my primary or new gastro after they requested them. I have yet a second opinion on these test as they never responded. I gave up on getting them.

I have been treated awesome by the office manager, both times I have been seen there. And DR, UDAY SARALYA GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO EXPLAIN PROCEDURES. will higley recommend.

Rude and doesn't communicate well. His nursing staff are completely rude as well.

Dr. Saraiya is great, but the office manager, Nancy, is completely unprofessional and a nightmare to work with. She lied about following up post-procedures as well as lied about scheduling appointments. I don't understand why she still works there, as almost every bad comment I see about Dr Saraiya is linked to this god-awful scheduler.

My doctors office made an appt for me at this clinic I am an HPN/ SWM overflow patient. This office was outstanding this is the only office I have been to in a long time where I was treated like an individual. I was pleased and will refer my family members. Nancy and Cynthia are the only 2 employees and the office is a solo practice. Still very professional they took my blood pressure & weight and the doctor was in the room under 5 min. He was knowledgeable& my care was exceptional by the staff.

I went to this office expecting the worst because of the recent comment. But my PCP recommended this doctor with very high regards. I was treated very kindly. There are two long time employees by the name of Nancy and Cynthia and they were very helpful in my care. They prepared my insurance paperwork together as a new patient in a timely manner. I only waited for about 15 min. The doctor was wonderful and answered all my questions. I was reluctant to make an appt here, But, I was very satisfied.

Dr. Saraiya himself is fair (+/-). His office however, is completely unprofessional. There is no scale, the blood pressure monitor is one you would purchase for home use, and his office manager/nurse Nancy is a disgrace to the practice. She is rude, deceptive and completely unconcerned about the timely importance of insurance paperwork, thus causing unnecessary delays in treatment. UHC/SWM should not refer overflow patients to this practice. Cynthia & Angelica are kind but hindered by manager.

This office was so helpful to me. I read the comment above about an employee at this office. But still felt I should still give this office a try he came highly recommended by my primary doctor. I was pleasantly greeted and their staff was more then helpful. I waited only a short time to see the doctor and I met Nancy the office manager which is also the nurse for the doctor. She was more then helpful and went above and beyond to answers all my questions and the scheduling of my tests needed.

The office staff is rude and unprofessional (especially Nancy the "office manager"). The office staff made attempting to schedule a first appointment such a nightmare I sought treatment with another provider and suggested my doctor NEVER refer anyone to this doctor again.
