Very bad experience; I make appointment for annul physical exam; first he charge me new patient fee without tell me. also send me to blood test without any test result back to me. later test Lab bill me the statement for blood test that is my insurance not covered because he didn't claim it as annul physical exam. When I made appointment in his office I told him it is annul physical exam and my insurance will cover everything. but he claimed it as new patient visit and not physical exam. So my insurance will not cover everything. I went to his office talk to the manager, she's very bad attitude. Rejected to change this claim to annul physical exam. The Doctor was in office and didn't want to see me for any explain. Later the manger call me to said if I want meet doctor to explain it, they will charge me next time visit fee. it's really ridiculous.

I referred my husband to Dr. Nwokoro, and it has been ideal for him. Dr. Nwokoro is thorough in explaining the conditions and treatments, and exceptional in providing care of the patient. I can't speak enough on him, I would recommend him to anyone who is serious about their health.
