Dr Mooppan is very professional, knowledgeable and informative. I've been seeing him for over 5 years and he's always there for me with the right information. I highly recommend Dr Mooppan.

Poor operating office
Very difficult to get someone to answer calls at his office. Scheduled my first appointment in June 2024 scheduled for 2PM. Signed in and after waiting over an hour I approached the front desk and was told all patient appointments are scheduled at 2PM and patients are seen on a first come first serve basis. Eventually wasn't seen for over 3 hours. Not impressed and am seeking another, more professional Urologist office.

Straight to the point in care and treatment. No unnecessary labs request. Doctor you can trust. Staff are also very nice .

Dr. Moopann sent me to a lab to take tests for a condition he suspected. He never called to tell me the results of the test. I have called the office several times with no response. I am forced to find another Dr. who is more professional and attentive to his patients.

During my first visit with Dr. Mooppan I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes to be seen. After he examined me he said that he felt a nodule and he wanted me to take a test to determine my PSA right away. I took the test two days later. Its been three weeks I have called the office more than 5 times and have not received a call back. I called Quest Lab and they informed me that the results were sent to Dr. Mooppan two days after I took the test. This office is very unprofessional.
