I am a long-time patient and I like her!
I have never had anything but a great experience in all my visits with Dr. Parthasarathy. I am a senior citizen and she treats me like a grown up, which is exactly what I expect! If you want warm and fuzzy all the time, you might want to go elsewhere. As a lawyer, I like to cut to the chase. She is a straight-shooter which is fine by me! I don't want or need to be coddled. I value her time and she values mine!

AVOID
I have never had a doctor so uninterested in helping me. If you ask questions, skip her. I have been treated so poorly in only 2 visits and I have cancelled every other appointment I have with her. I found out today that she cancelled my perscription a month ago and didn't tell me and now I'm out of my medicine today and just getting "perscription rejected" from her nursing aid.

Everything already commented is still applicable. I’ve never had a provider interrupt me so much and be so condescending. I left my appointment in tears just due to the frustration of it all. I would recommend going elsewhere

I saw Dr. Urmila Parthasarathy for a quick visit to establish care and get my medication sorted out. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She spoke practically the entire visit, barely leaving room for me to ask questions or even respond to her own questions. However, the real problem I had with Dr. Parthasarathy was that despite assuring me she wasn't concerned about weight, she was incredibly fatphobic in her treatment, completely disregarding my mental and physical health. After disclosing that I had an eating disorder, she immediately suggested intermittent fasting because it would add "rules and control" to my eating and lower BP. She did not say why it would lower BP. She counseled me to eat less processed food, without actually asking what my current food intake is like. I did not ask for advice about my eating disorder, and had said I was working with a therapist and practicing intuitive eating. I know that she would not have said these things to a thin patient.

Dr. Urmila Parthasarathy is awesome. I trust her. She takes the time to listen to issues and is an out of the box thinker for solutions. I'm very grateful that she is my Dr.

My experience with Dr. Urmila is just Average. Having been to some excellent doctors in the past, I feel she has a ? bit of work to do on her listening skills. She speaks really fast, but the problem is she jumps to conclusions even faster. Hilariously, she once misunderstood my question about CBT and started advising against it. A little later I realized she mistook CBT for some Oil therapy.? Finally, you can only go to her if you can't find a better one doctor soon enough.

Dr. Partha listens. She hears what you are saying but is also good at picking up on your unspoken language as well. I felt important. Not just a sickness waiting to be fixed. She made me feel like what I needed was the only thing on her mind when she was with me. Plus she has a great smile. It puts you at ease.

ARC referred my 16 yr old here for medicine for her premenstrual dysphoric disorder and associated anxiety attacks. We had been trying for months to find relief by regulating her hormones, taking natural supplements and probiotics but she was still suffering and had become increasingly more depressed as a result. Dr Partha immediately dismissed us. She said no doctors put teens on antidepressants and she shamed us both for asking. We came to her for help and she judged and humiliated us both.

This is very neatly maintained hospital. They are very nice to approach even without appointments. They provide communication services with My chart app also, and it is very useful. I have had my appointments with doctor Urmila. She talks very fast, and sometimes its difficult to catch up with her. She do not give enough time to patients to under what's actually going on. But Nurse Jessica is very patient with patients. Jessica always replies to my questions, and queries pretty fast.
