Dr. Usha Rallapalli, MD

She asks great questions and she listens. I feel like I'm her only appointment all day as she doesn't rush. She will order tests to rule out illnesses. She is concerned to get an answer to my issue. She makes me feel important. She cares...I also recommended Dr. Rallapalli to my daughter and she loves her.

After experiencing a variety of unexplained health problems, Dr. Rallapalli explored all routes to come to a diagnosis. She was extremely attentive and helped me get referrals to specialists within her practice. She personally replied to all of my emails. Her office staff was ok with communication, the nurses are a little dismissive, but her care was unlike any other physician.

I went in about a cough that was settled into my chest on 12/21, after having had the flu (acute) a week earlier. All I got was a bunch of recommendations for over the counter stuff that has NOTHING to do with URI, chest infection, or cough. Claritin? Flonase? Both are for ALLERGIES. I have never had allergies in my life. And NOWHERE on the boxes do they say they are for a COUGH! I am STILL coughing five days later, and there are NO signs of improvement. These products were USELESS!! Apparently, I don't rate - my student athlete niece can get antibiotics. My COPD husband can get antibiotics, but clearly I am not IMPORTANT enough or SICK enough to rate to get the drugs I need and deserve to get back to life as normal. You must think I am stupid and at 60 years old I've been through probably 200 colds/flus in my life. I KNOW MY OWN BODY. Thanks for not believeing me. Thanks for nothing. $22 copay, $35 for useless products, and two hours of my time wasted.
