Would (and have) totally & definitely recommend Dr. Jackie to anyone. Other doctors I’ve been to aren’t as “warm”. I feel really comfortable telling Dr. Jackie stuff. I’m not embarrassed or hesitant. She’s so down to earth and seems to really want to help me. Just an all around cool doctor. A plus - she moved into a new office a couple years ago and the new space is modern.

Dr. Uyen “Jackie” is the best! I used to be scared to go to the doctors but Dr. Jackie is so nice and kind that I don’t dread doctor’s visits anymore. She is very thorough and I feel like she listens to me. I don’t feel like just another number. Her office is really nice and clean. The staff is friendly as well. I used to live in Huntington Beach but moved to Irvine and I’ve kept Dr. Jackie. It’s a bit far for me but I don’t mind the distance because I like Dr. Jackie so much.

Dr. Jackie is so kind and thorough. She really listened to me. Her office is really nice and clean. If you’re looking for a great family practice doctor in the HB area, you should go see Dr. Jackie.

Dr. Jackie was extremely attentive, professional, and very knowledgeable. As someone who doesn’t like to go to doctors offices, her office was very clean, modern and well ran. She answered all of my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a doctor.

Went to her for health concerns and she addressed them in a professional manner, I havent felt this good in a long time. I am very grateful for her, us she is very nice and there whole staff Is great and polite.

I had been Dr.Nguyen’s pt since 2005, and have no seriousmedical issues. On 8/2017, Dr.Nguyen decided drop me as a patient because she downsized her practice and wanted to prefer her patients whose need more care to different doctors. That was the exact words from her office. Does it mean she want to keep simple patients and dump the “take more time” patients to other doctors? I had requested to have my HgA1C rechecked without seeing MD, and she did not like that (bc couldn’t collect copay?)
