Very slow & non chalant

The office staff Dorene is very unprofessional and does not care about the patients request, she'll either say they'll get back to you when they can and today Dec 5 she said keep your fingers crossed when I requested a prescription be call in to the pharmacy for the 2nd time in 2 days. It shouldn't take that long for the dr to do something so minor. This office and doctor shows no urgency for anything, whether you're requesting records, prescriptions, etc. Then I received a bill from my last visit that should've been submitted to my insurance company which they still haven't done, I don't have over 200 to pay when it should be covered and I've never had a bill to pay since I've been going there.

Do not use this doctor. If you come I for an issue she will not fix you. She will say "let's wait a week and see how you feel". Another two weeks and the third copay later she refers you to another doctor. Refuses to give pain meds when you are obviously in a lot of pain. DO NOT USE!!!
