Great doctor and good care
I've been under Dr. Edelstein's care for years. If an office visit isn't available, he always manages to fit me into his busy schedule, even offering telehealth visits after hours up to 10 PM for urgent matters. He's great with patients and really cares. He also responds to messages through the patient portal usually within 24 hours for routine questions. My wife is also under his care, and we both have had consistently positive experiences.

Not a good doctor but good to socialize with only.
Regardless of the symptoms refused to see patients with covid. All positive covid patients were supposed to go to ER. I had to find a new doctor who turned out to be great. I had televisit, got a prescription for steroid and antibiotics without leaving my house. Felt like this new doctor saved my life. Doctor Edelstein unable to make critical decisions or just does not want to take any responsibilities for taking decisions , just sends to a specialist unnecessary thus wasting precious time and pts money. I don't need a referral to go to specialist and I don't need a doctor who likes socializing except being a real doctor.

Very good doctor. Listens to concerns. Been my family doctor for 18 years now. A few times when I had urgent concerns, he was available on the phone to help with questions.

My annual check with Dr. Edelstein went well (no issues found at all) until he requested me to make a follow-up appointment with a heart specialist, at a different hospital. My question concerning the cost of the follow-up consultation with the specialist was answered with a confirmation that it shouldn't cost me more than $40. The follow-up consultation took 5 minutes, and I received a $420 bill. You should always remember that Dr. Edelstein's main concern is his wallet, not your health
