My name is Arkady Shmukler (03/03/1952) and until today Dr. Dayian was listed as my physician. Unfortunately, I was forced today to change my provider because member of his staff was very rude to me. On several occasions I've tried to get refill for my prescriptions to no avail. I visited this office in April 2016 but have never get any prescriptions from it. The lady in his office demanded from me to visit the office again and when I disagreed with her, she simply hung up on me.
