Dr. Valeri Roth, DO

Dr Roth performed an extensive surgery on me. She did a great job. She has an exceptional bedside manner!!! You can tell she really cares about her patients.

I started seeing Dr. Roth in 2017. I went back to see her this year because of repeat ear infections and issues with allergies. Every time I come in it’s like she has no idea who I am or why I am there. She makes no effort to read your chart and familiarize herself before the appointment. She offered little to no explanation about having tubes put in my ears and tried the procedure in office which failed. I then had to have it done at the hospital. I am now 7 weeks post-op and am still having symptoms that she hasn’t explained. Her staff is unpleasant. One of her nurses tries to schedule me for a hearing test and was mocking me on the phone to the other office right in front of me. I believe that she has shifted her focus to “wellness” and doesn’t care about her ENT practice anymore. Her office staff has also messed up things with my insurance multiple times.

Went very smoothly and Dr. Roth and staff were very friendly. I feel in the years I have been going to Dr. Roth she has always gone above and beyond her call of duty in trying to help me.

Valerie herself seemed to be a caring and understanding person. She seemed to care about her patients. However the office staff leads a lot to be desired. People need to realize that they are there taking care of sick and worried people. They do not return phone calls, and they make you jump through hoops to talk to anybody. If Dr Roth overhauled her office staff and got people that cared she would get five stars from everybody.
