All things were good until I received charge from Labcorp, 10 months later, for a blood test that I had not been asked about, that I did NOT know would be done, and that was NOT covered by insurance. Office staff that I contacted insisted this test was the norm. My position was that it had NEVER been done in 40 years, and did NOT need to be done, and that I should have been TOLD. My rating for "how well provided explains medical condition" was good except in this instance would be very poor.

Dr. Nelson is a wonderful OBGYN the only thing negative to say is the wait time can be a little long. But she has delivered all three of my babies and the first one I was young and very naive about pregnancy and life. LOL but she was there to answer all of questions, and very attentive to anything I needed. I would recommend her to anyone who needed a knowledgeable and personable doctor.

Once you get back to visit with dr. Nelson then it is ok, a quick experience. You have to endure her rude front office staff to get there. When you walk in for your appointment the sliding glass window is always closed and there is no way to alert anyone that you are there. You have to wait until someone decides to check the wait room. Then they give you your paperwork and they close the window again so you are not able to turn it in and let them know you are finished. Avg wait wait 35 to 45min
