The receptionist is great. She goes out of her way to see us with an incident or to get us into a much needed appointment. Nurse Hope is wonderful as well. She is very personable, quick with shots, and even gave my daughter a special prize when we left. Dr. Numssen is a great doctor. She takes her time and discusses any issues you have questions about. She is very caring with her patients and shows them genuine interest and concern.

DR NUMSSEN IS ONE OF THE BEST DOCTORS MY CHILDREN HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I LOVE HER BECAUSE SHE IS VERY ATTENTIVE. SHE LISTENS TO YOUR CONCERNS. SHE ALWAYS DISCUSSES ALL OPTIONS OF TREATMENT WITH YOU. AND ALWAYS SHOWS GENUINE CONCERN FOR YOU AND YOUR CHILDS WELL BEING. MY KIDS ARE ALWAYS EXCITED TO COME SEE HER. SHE IS PLAYFUL AND VERY INTERACTIVE WITH THEM. HER OFFICE ALWAYS SUPPLIES ALL KINDS OF SAMPLES FOR PARENTS TO ENJOY AND TREATS FOR HER PATIENTS. MY FAMILY LOVES DR NUMSSEN AND HER OFFICE.

Came in the room with a script for my infant after mentioning to the nurse that she had a runny nose. What?! No discussion or needs assessed. Pill pusher and formula pusher. It makes me sad that so many moms are subject to her pushy nature and probably succumb to it because we live in a society that thinks the doctor is always right. Won't be going back. They made several mistakes here in the last year and this was the last straw. Couldnt answer some questions every pediatrician should know.
