US MEDICAL BOARD IS INVOLVED
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALLEY YOUR HEALTH. I am prefacing this by saying the US MEDICAL BOARD has been notified but I need to make sure that this type of mistreatment does not happen to anyone. Valery Shulman and his whole office are absolutely horrible. I have been his patience since I was 18 years old, I am now 23 and while the service and care have always been less than standard, I dealt with it because it was convenient. The last couple weeks I have been dealing with a cancer scare. I needed a biopsy, and MRI w contrast (this is important for later) and multiple other tests. After I got my mammogram and X-ray done I was told by the doctor who would be performing my biopsy that I should get an MRI w contrast. I had to BEG Shulman for a referral. When I finally got one I booked the appointment for April 4, the appointment was scheduled everything seemed fine. The day before the appointment I receive a message to confirm my appointment, which I do. About 45 minutes later I get a c

MOST RUDE FRONT DESK & see Nurse Practitioner
Most rude front desk you always wait over an hour to see doctor than the front desk IS SO RUDE!! After waiting an hour you see RUDE nurse that takes blood pressure than rude nurse leaves another 25 minutes go by and they send in a Nurse Practitioner not doctor. The actual nurse practitioner was nice yes but we were so aggravated after the hour and half wait and also we had FASTED to get accurate blood work and they make you wait over an hour not cool. They place is the worst experience they do not even have 'customer service' when we were thier a patient lost and and stormed out I dont blame her.

An absolute abomination of a doctor with the staff that is under-trained and unprofessional on all ends. 3-5 hour wait, almost impossible to schedule an appointment and anti-sanitary that could match only post-war times. If you have ANY other choice you are better off with it. This office also runs some sketchy practices with reselling drugs that I can't prove (this claim is a speculation!), yet if officials would look into it they most certainly find severe violations

I found Dr. Shulman to be very attentive, knowledgeable and personable. He recognized my extensive medical experience (I’m a former medical assistant), so he was very considerate of my requests and needs. Old school family doctor. I like him very much - I really feel like he cares about me.

I was a patient for over a year. Horrible customer service. No concern for my medical well being. Medical board should review this office. I should have read the other reviews. BEWARE.

He is NOT CA Medical Board certified doctor. Very poor knowledge of symptoms for common diseases. He is not trusting his patients if they explaining their symptoms/conditions and failing to provide proper treatment due his lack of knowlege. Mistreating patients. If you need serious help to improuve your health condition, DO NOT GO to Dr. Shulman
