Dr. Vamsi Nukala, MD

This was the first doctor to ever take my symptoms seriously and provide me help. He was super easy to talk to, a good listener, and took the time to explain things to me.

This man will tell you upfront he does not respect you or any of his patients and that he doesn’t have time to help you. Awful experience to follow so don’t waste your time.. :(

Terrible doctor and bedside manner. Went in with a broken clavicle and in pain for several days. He said he needed all of my past information to help me, even though I explained that I had not seen a general practioner for a few years and that mine had retired and did not refer me to anyone. He thought I was attacking him and refused to treat me. I asked if there was someone else I could see--(I actually thought he was an assistant since he was so rude and aggressively mean), and was told "I am the only one here and you cannot see anyone else." He belittles you and demeans you from the first greeting. Heard that he's only nice to older patients. I felt sorry for the staff as they were understanding and empathetic. Stay far away!

The absolute worst staff in any office anywhere. I called and made an appointment. They asked insurance info etc… I show up and they say they have no record of me. Yet when I rescheduled a girl at the front asked if they can text me Info proving they did have me in the system. Next appt I had to cancel on a Monday due to getting called out of town for work over the weekend. I called 8:00 that Monday to cancel. No one called to reschedule and I was chastised for not giving 24 hr notice. They are closed on the weekend so this was not possible. I got pushed to 6 weeks out for my next appt. I showed up today and got chastised again for not being there 30 min earlier to fill out my paperwork. I told her I did it on line like they asked. Then was told they don’t take my insurance. My Insurance has him on their website and when I made my 1st appointment they took my info then. 3 appointments never met the Dr due to his pathetically inept staff. 90% of these encounters were with “Tonisha”

Very pushy and intimidating. I'm not sure if this is because I'm female, but assumes things, argumentative, and invalidates my concerns.

Pleasant, knowledgeable, very personable. I would recommend him for new patients. I'm glad he is my primary care doctor

My First Visit with Dr Nukala was very pleasant surprise as I had to blindly choose from a network of physicians working with Essence Medicare insurance program. Dr. Nukala provided very detailed insight into my concerns of my health issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a new Doctor that is kind, listens closely and will work to help you feel confident in dealing with issues that seniors are facing at this stage in their life...

Very attentive, explains everything in full, doesn't leave you waiting in the room and has a very efficient office staff. I can't complain about that.

I have many health issues. I have found him very through, competent, and caring. He is forthright in explanations of my medical conditions. He seems very knowledgeable of new drugs and drug interactions. We are now letting him care for my 91 year old mother-in-law. He has helped improve the ways we as a family watch of her health. I totally recommend him for quality healthcare.

I am extremely surprised to see anything negative about Dr. Nukala. I have found him to be quite friendly and very concerned about my well being. I have absolutely no complaints and recommend him to anyone wishing to get the strait facts on their health issues.

I’ve seen him many times and each experience is worse than the last. He always acts rushed, is extremely rude and gives the impression that he has no time to hear your problems.

He is always very condescending and I’m uncomfortable even bringing up any new health issues to him. He is rude, has terrible bedside manner, and lacks compassion. I have given him several chances, but I’ve finally decided to cut ties and find a better doctor. Appointments with doctor Nukala always are rushed and my concerns left unaddressed.

Very rude and bad

Dr. Nukala is an exceptional doctor because unlike other doctors that I've encountered, he really does care and wants the best for his patients! He listens, asks relevant questions, and discusses each option and what will work best for you. He is very personable and easy to talk with about your medical issue. When I have had to contact Dr. Nukala outside of regular office hours, he responded in a short period of time. I highly recommend Dr. Nukala to all of my family and friends.

Dr. Nukala is excellent. He knows his patients' histories and he responds immediately to questions. He will always research to find a good patient outcome.
