2 yrs ago I was referred here. When they called to schedule they said the dr that I was referred to is way far out, but they have a new dr (Dr Hall). I went over my insurance & they said it was fine. I completed my new patient paper work weeks before my appointment, which again has my insurance info. Dr Hall was friendly in the appt that included x rays & a consult. He went on to say I needed a CT scan. I told him I had paid my max out of pocket and could get it for free at McKay Dee. During this appt we discussed my insurance. He was persistent on me using their CT scan for a fee. That was several hundred dollars cash. They made this appt & I paid cash for the CT. Dr Hall came in & said unfortunately I’m not on your insurance. He said because I paid cash for the CT I wouldn’t be billed anything else from him. A month later I got a bill for $329! I fought his office on this & on 11-17-20 his office called & said it was taken care of. Now 2 years later they’re trying to bill me again!

Dr. Hall's office booked me a same day appointment when I called with an infection surrounding my wisdom tooth. They got me in, took an x-ray, and scheduled me for extraction within the week. The surgery exceeded all expectations, I woke up feeling great immediately and didn't experience even the least discomfort in the days following even though I was warned that day 3 is usually a bit uncomfortable. Dr. Hall was so friendly and made the entire experience a true breeze. I had put off having the tooth removed for 20 years and he made it so easy and stress-free- I literally can't thank him enough!

I’m a senior and have had many years of dealing with dental work and not always dealing with the most caring people. I was a bit stressed out going for dental work. I had a abscess tooth and the pain terrible had to have it pulled. Dr Hall was so caring and just had this way of calming me down. I may need a bridge and implant in the future, when that time comes will definitely go see him he’s amazing. I can’t forget the staff they were such caring people they made you feel comfortable and relaxed going through a tough time and you don’t find that in all offices.

Dr. Hall came across as a very friendly, down to earth person. I felt very comfortable discussing each and everyone of my wants, needs, and concerns with him. He listened very carefully, and had already READ AND GONE OVER my health information and history before the appointment!!! So he knew exactly what we were dealing with (a problem I have had with many health care providers—not knowing my complicated past). He did a very thorough exam, measuring and taking notes on things other oral surgeons had not. They performed a bone scan—that was a little disappointing. But Dr. Hall was honest, upfront and had many alternative options and solutions that he discussed with me—along with their approximate price ranges, benefits, and limitations. He said we could start slow, and do more as I felt comfortable. That the decision was up to me and he would be happy to do whatever he could. He also told me I was a beautiful girl and he would like to keep my teeth looking as fabulous as me.

Dr. Hall is very skilled. He genuinely cares about his patience. He takes time to explain the procedure and what to expect. I highly recommend him.
