Never answers or returns calls for appointments
I called at least 10 time one day trying to make and appointment only to get a machine to leave my name & number. Of course no one returned my call so I started calling the next day & yes the same thing happened. How does one have confidence in a practice that doesn’t answer or return calls. Remember they deal with cancer where time is of the essence.

Horrible, I went in January as my 1st time, I explained to the Doctor I had ear pain and felt horrible, the Doctor said okay I'll send over to get an authorization. Doctor never checked my Ear, nothing. It's March, I was suffering with bad Ear pain along being nauseous, called the Doctor and said I was waiting for am Authorization for my Ear, the office said it's still pending. I had to go to Urgent Care, and I had a piece of q- tip in my ear, I didn't realize because I wear hearing aids. Thank God for Urgent care, I'm still waiting for authorization from previous health concerns been 7 months. Red Flag

Disinterested Doctor
Dr. Agarwal has not been a great primary doctor for my needs. Last year, I went to see her to follow up for an ER visit from breathing problems which ultimately were just panic attacks. Somehow, she interpreted info on my discharge forms to think that I was homeless. When I told her that I wasn't, I don't think she believed me and she sent me home with an extensive lab order for various STDs. I have no idea what lead her to believe that I was homeless and infected with severe diseases when I was only in the office for breathing issues, and the fact that she didn't take me for my word was embarrassing and upsetting. Recently, I reached out after I tested positive for COVID19. I simply wanted a phone consult to talk about getting prescriptions for my symptoms. She told me she "doesn't treat Covid" and suggested I just go to an ER. How can a primary care physician not be able to help with Covid nearly three years into the pandemic? She doesn't seem interested in my healthcare at all.

Staff is horrible. I call and immediately put on hold. I work in the field and never treated patients the way this staff do I have an appointment. I call asking was I suppose to call or was the doctor suppose to call me?. The medical assistant said she will call you later. Wait what?? I have an appointment I'm a new patient and you're telling me that this doctor is going to call me 2 to 3 hours later? Wow. Just wow. If you have appointments scheduled do not over book. Shows me this doctor doesn't spend time with her patients ??

If there were zero stars I would pick that. This is the most unprofessional lazy and incompetent doctor I have ever met in my life! Do not go to this office they never get the referrals correct this is the second time this has happened.

I've never felt compelled to leave a review of a doctor until I saw Dr. Vandana Agarwal. She rushes more than any other Dr I've met and makes me feel like a burden. She walked out while I tried to ask questions. I don't think she pays attention to her patients at all. Instead of doing additional testing to figure out what is wrong she just said she didn't know, got annoyed by my questions and told me to live with it. I'll be seeing another doctor to find out what is actually going on.
