I had an unpleasant experience today. There was a major miscommunication about my confirmed appt today for blood work. After 20+minutes I was told I wasn’t scheduled for LAB work. I was told I wasn’t scheduled although I called to confirm a few days ago. Then the office staff and Dr Everett communicated by email in front of me, without anyone wanting to walk to desk to talk in person. Back and forth with no human conversation. How rude is that? There was no interest in correcting the miscommunication, even in person. CenterI was there but Dr Everett insisted I come back k again for blood work while I was standing there. I already was there almost an hour for nothing. When I got home I read the RNs comments about my visit. ALL lies Never once was it mentioned I had a confirmed appt today . They blamed me for miscommunication All lies. I’m shocked at their behavior and rudeness. I was standing at desk for over 45 minutes but no one came out behind the door to speak to me! How rude. I won’t be back.

I have been seeing Dr. Everett for 8 years and from day one she has been awesome! Dr. Everett is very thorough and never rushes my appointments. She listens well and is so easy to talk to. She is so caring and truly wants to help you. She knows how insurance works and does her best to help you save money. I have referred Dr. Everett to three other people who all loved her as well and are still patients of hers. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Everett. The new building that the practice is in it wonderful. With any medical office, of course, there can be a long wait time, but since the new building has been open I have never waited longer than 10 minutes to get in to see her.

Dismissive
She was more interested in moving to the next patient than discussing my issue. She also contradicted herself when giving her “diagnosis”.

very disappointed.
At first she was very nice and seemed to care but by the end, she ignored me. I felt very hurt and abandoned.
