She was unable to help me because I am on vacation? She was also extremely rude on the phone and told me I wouldn't be charged for the appointment because she was unable to help. It was about a 2 minute appointment. She then marked it as I "missed" my appointment so I still got charged $50. She was completely unhelpful and rude.
