This dr checked things other drs ignore
I have had multiple health issues throughout the years and I’ve told doctors about it and they don’t care. This is the first Doctor who has actually checked into things. He’s funny, thorough, And actually values what you say.

Saved my life more than once
Dr Puducheri has been my internist for 7 years and has provided excellent care. He is available when needed (walk-in or fast appointments) and is empathetic and extremely up-to-date. His office staff consists of caring, responsive people who work together very well.I am not exaggerating when I say he “saved my life” three times. When others (docs, ER, etc) were unsure of my diagnosis and resulting treatment, he was there and on top of it all. I am still here as a healthy and happy person in large part because of him. He also treated my 97 year old father for a number of years and alerted us to important decisions and care options. He treated my father (and our family) with patience, expertise, kindness and empathy.I would recommend him to anyone who wants a communicative, thoughtful, well-informed and caring person for a physician. I certainly am glad to have him on my side when health issues arise and I am sure anyone else would discover the same.

Dr P takes time with me and asks questions to make sure he understands my health concerns. He refers me to specialists when necessary. He is affiliated with both hospitals. His nurse and office manager are wonderful. They are kind and very friendly. I'm really glad I have him as my physician.

Dr. Puducheri has been a trusted doctor for my family for several years. I also don't hesitate to refer others in a professional capacity to him as well. He is very diligent in his efforts to care for each patients needs. He takes the time to get to know your history, which allows him to find a solution to what maybe causing problems for his patients and he doesn't always look for just a quick fix but how to make life long changes. Every Medical Professional I know trust this doctor for the care and treatment of their family. Thank-you Dr. P and Tracey for what you do in this community.

We searched a long time for a smart, competent, caring doctor, with a passion & desire to help people. We found just that in Dr. Varun Puducheri. He's respectful, focused with good communication skills. A clinic that allows walk in/last min. add on patients is a rare find. Dr. P. is usually very punctual (unlike many doctors in the area). An occasional walk in could mess up his schedule but we're willing to deal with it knowing that it could be us one day. The nurse is competent, respectful with a welcoming personality that puts you at ease. You can tell that she really likes her job. The office space isn't overly fancy but it's very clean. It's conveniently located with plenty of free parking in a safe area. Others could learn & benefit from Dr. Puducheri's example on how to manage a clinic & treat patients. We hope that Dr. Puducheri is never pressured/influenced to change to suit others. We are happy and blessed to call Dr. Varun Puducheri OUR DOCTOR!

I needed a physician that would oversee my total health, based on input from the multitude of specialists that I see. I got just that with Dr. Puducheri, who is not just personable but professional. I am no longer concerned about contradictory medications from different physicians. Or that something outside the specialists purview will be overlooked. His staff is wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Puducheri as a primary care physician!

I have come to believe Dr. Puducheri is absolutely the worst internal medicine doctor ever. I needed immediate help regarding a raging leg infection. I was not able to walk. I needed a prescription for an antibiotic to get treatment going. So much for his care and caring. Lousy doctor. He insisted I be seen in his office. His only concern was getting paid! If I could rate with zero stars, I would.

When we met Dr. Puducheri in the hospital we really liked him. When he opened his practice we eagerly signed up to help support his new practice. Suffice to say there were problems with billing that could've been overlooked as a growing pain. His wife the office manager made mistakes but instead of admitting they dropped the ball tried to force me to pay a bill that they had incorrectly submitted. All of this could have been overlooked. When Dr. P stood 2 feet in front of me looked me dead in the eye and lied to me, I was through. Leading up to this I was treated rudely by the receptionist and Mrs. P. My mother remained with him as her gp. Repeated failed call ins of scripts and most recently a failure to return calls about a serious matter. Then instead of an apology for the failure of his office to return a patient's call (for a week) he treats an upset elderly woman rudely. The man is a verified liar. His office personnel are inept. His nurse Tracey is the bright spot.

After moving to Huntsville we (my wife and I) were having a difficult time finding a primary care physician, my wife and I have seen Doctor Puducheri multiply times in the last six months and can’t help but give Five stars to Doctor Puducheri AND his Staff for the wonderful care and attention NOT often found in today’s medical providers. After the first visit we felt as if we had been patients for years.

Dr. Puducheri is the best physician in town, I have been to many doctors in USA, he takes the time to find out what’s the main problem, and explains that to patients in a way that we can understand. He treats my family and we will always recommend him to all our friends and family. I don’t agree with some of the reviews posted in health grades.

I was sent to Dr. Puducheri for pre-op labs. I was immediately impressed that his practice is structured and organized. Little wait time. Nurse was exceptionally sweet and kind. Dr totally impressed me by explaining things, drawing diagrams for me, and he ordered all the labs I needed to complete. I returned a week later for results-and he again was very thorough & is treating me for an infection, and may refer me on if antibiotic doesn't work. Very personable man. Positive experience!

I'm the one that had my MIL in the office. When we went back for a followup visit the Doctor was very good about explaining things and we discussed what had happened the last visit. It got worked out and he was very willing to make sure everything was to the patients satisfaction. I informed him that I would do a followup survey. Please go and give this Doctor a chance and if you do not like something talk to him about it. He really wants to know so he may have a better visit for you.

I took my MIL to this Doctor. I thought it was going to be a good. It turned sour in the end. He gave her orders for blood work, which would have been fine, but when we were leaving he was in the lobby having a disagreement with another patient. I thought that was very uncouth. The patient & their family member tried to talk to us & the Doctor's wife called me back to the desk and told me we HAD to wait & do bloodwork tomorrow. I feel like it was to stop them from talking to us, but we went on.
