Dr Vickie is a very professional, intelligent ,caring dr. She really helped me with my vitamin D deficiency. The best part was she was the only dr that really helped me lower my Ferritin level. She is a great dr with very caring staff. Than you

Over due review
I see a lot of people in the area recommend Dr. Vicki and it is kind of mind blowing to me. I had an okay initial appt with her but when I went to my second appt to discuss blood work/ concerns I left feeling devastated and hopeless. I have had a history of debilitating migraines since the age of about 14. They were getting more frequent & severe. After discussing my bad experiences with several medications and my hesitation to try another her parting words to me were “ I don’t know what to tell you, I guess I can send a referral for you to see a neurologist again”. I was interested in finding out the cause instead of continuing to try to treat symptoms with the addition of sure side effects from more medications. This was clearly frustrating to her. I sobbed in my car and never saw her again. Instead I sought out alternative treatment with a chiro which resulted in a herniated disc in my neck. The only good thing I got out of her was a referral an exceptional neurologist.

Money over care???
Her staff had been hostile to me more than once. In my opinion, it seems to me that the care received was secondary to money received from multiple visits for similar care. There’s even a sign in the office that states something to the effect that “A patient may not seek care for multiple symptoms in a single doctor visit”. I asked about that sign and was told that some people may try to combine visits so as to avoid costs associated with several visits. Quality patient care should come first in my book. Dr Vicki cancelled me because I dared to complain about her staff’s hostile service and that I said that I might have to find another doctor because I didn’t want to come back in for another office visit to treat a sickness (bronchitis) that she had given me meds for (to cure it -which did not cure it) a week prior. Very disappointed.
