Amy the nurse at Dr shaw’s nurse is excellent. She not only understands my LONG explanations and requests but she is very patient. Amy please don’t move and stop working for Dr.Shaw because I can’t follow you. Dr.Shaw will be my doctor for the rest of my life. I am almost 70 years old and I never had such an excellent doctor in my life. God truly blessed me in my old age. —- I pray God, keep Dr.Shaw, her family and her whole staff safe. ??

12-7-21 There is nothing comforting than knowing your medical needs are of upmost importance. I have complete confidence in every decision by Dr. Vatsala Shah and consider it an honor to receive services from her. At times, Dr. Shah referred me to obtain services form another professional. Dr. Shaw’s peers and fellow medical professionals have disclosed to me Dr. Shaw’s meticulous detail to documentation and as a result they are assured of a complete snapshot of her patients for resolution of medical needs. As recently as yesterday while shopping for Medicare plans, Insurance agents commented to me on her excellent reputation among her patient reviews and insurance carriers for over three years. Dr. Shah is not a regular doctor... She isn't a money worshiper like 90% of the doctors. She cares about her patients and does whatever it takes to help - regardless of time spent or anything else; she doesn't calculate but serves! There are a precious few doctors like that. She is knowledgeable, caring, kind, and knows her business... She is up to date and what can I say.... There is not enough good to say about this lady....

Dr. Shah is the best Physician I have ever had! She is caring, concerned, and takes great care with my health. I have been with her for numerous years and would only change when she is no longer practicing medicine.

I called Dr. Shah's office to get an appointment as a new patient. I spoke to Jacob. He first asked how I heard about the doctor. I said through my insurance and she had good reviews online. He asked what insurance I had, I said UHC. He then asked if I was a drinker or smoker. I told him I'm a smoker and he said Dr. Shah won't see any patients that are smokers. What!?! Apparently I'm not worthy enough to even be seen by Dr. Shah. I couldn't get an appointment.

Dr. Shah is the most caring, personable doctor I have ever had and I have seen many doctors in several states. She ALWAYS acts as though you are her only concern. She is thorough, kind, so intelligent. I don't know how she stays so up to date. She herself calls often with test results--not leaving it to the mail or someone else. Her entire staff is efficient and responsible. Jan and Jacob bend over backwards to be accommodating.

DR. Shah it the best doctor the world. she is always willing to help tell the truth. and makes you feel great. the world needs to know the this doctor and the staff is world class as well.

I wanted to make an appointment with her for my physical check up and thyroid and stated its a asap appointment in need and today i get a call from mdo & appt available but there will an hour and half appointment wait from the apointment time and when i stated that would be so late b/c if my appointment is for 1030am why see me late then her receptionist right away said you can find another doctor. very rude customer service for there new patients and no concerns whatsoever for there patient. :(
