Summary mistakes. Wrong statements.nts on summary
Fatigue listed as being discussed. I do not have fatigue. We did not discuss fatigue. I felt great when we spoke. Summary incorrectly said I had osteo penia of both hips. I do Not have this & it was not discussed.Nurse I spoke to on phone the next day said I had osteo penia on spine.Went to lab to give urine sample. They said blood work was ordered for B12? I told them I was there for urine test only. They said I was refusing to have blood gowork done. The blood work on my summary was for November for return appt with Dr Lozeva.

I went for a physical and asked for the blood work for my thyroid so that I can get my Synthroid and Cytomel refilled (a very common medicine for hypothyroidism). She refused and suggested I go to endrocronolgist. Really! Hypothyroidism is s a very common condition and I have never had a internal medicine doctor refuse to help me with it. Waste of time and money. Also, she made me feel very uncomfortable about me being an advocate for my healthcare decisions.
