Dr. Tiramula is excellent at explaining medical issues and options. He talked with me, not at me. Doesn't dumb things down. He is a first rate specialist and "Sharp as a tack". His suggestions and treatment have made a huge difference in my quality of life.

I explained an issue that felt like my airway was "sticky" and it was a little hard to breathe whenever I sat up. He got me set up with a nebulizer within a couple days.

First Rate MD
Absolutely first rate communications. He focused on me and asked the precise questions needed to obtain his information. He then mapped out a diagnostic tree, and set a provisional treatment plan. I couldn't ask for a better MD.

Amazing Doctor! I couldn’t have been more thrilled to have found such a wonderful doctor! Compassionate, so knowledgeable, interested, allowed questions without feeling rushed and a nice as he could be! Determined a clear plan for my situation which made me feel hopeful. I wish all doctors were a wonderful as Dr T!

After an unsuccessful operation by a thoracic surgeon my husband was referred to a pulmonologist. We chose dr. T, as he is so affectionately called by his staff. After realizing that he did not have a pulmonary issue dr. T researched and referred my husband two UC San Francisco Med Center. UCSF was able to completely correct the issue that he had. Thank you dr. T, without your care and your concern this never would have happened.. you deserve 10 Stars for outstanding excellence.

Dr. Tirumala is an excellent Doctor. With his guidance I was no longer fearful about my Asthma/VCD. He was so professional, confident but not arrogant and he is a Healer. Sometimes I still need the inhaler but there are times I need no medication at all. I trusted him and regretted having to move out of the area. I'm still trying to find new Doctors and Specialists and it is extremely challenging in the urban area I now live in. I miss him and the office staff. Very caring and competent.
