Great experience
Dr. Nigrin was wonderful. I had read two negative reviews and was very concerned about working with this doctor. I did not experience anything negative while going through treatment with her. She was caring and kind and always took time to show me the research and answer all of my questions. She watched my skin closely and was proactive with prescriptions that helped a ton. The nurses and therapists were easy to get in touch with, flexible with scheduling, and so compassionate. I am so glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews. Dr. Nigrin and her staff are outstanding.

You're just a number to her
This is the absolute WORST doctor I have ever been to. And believe me, I've seen some horrible doctors in my day. She doesn't keep up with advances in her field at all, and when you do the research she isn't willing to do and find a way to prevent your skin from the almost certain burns you will receive from treatment, rather than being your advocate and keeping an open mind, she will actively fight against you. When asked to justify her recommendations with relevant research, she is unable to do so. She just plugs you into an equation so she can collect a paycheck. You, as an individual, mean nothing to her. She would rather remain in the dark ages than do what's right for her patients. She is perfectly content to watch you get burned when there are ways to prevent that pain and suffering. And sadly, once you start a radiation course, it's very difficult to transfer to another clinic. Don't make the same mistake I did. If you want a caring, competent doctor, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
