Dr. Verniecea Harris, MD

From the off8ce staff to dr Harris, I always feel heard. I have never had a bad experience as dr Harris always listens intently and we discuss the situation ad a conversation. She listens and we talk mutually. The office has even called to follow up and when I send messages, I get quick responses. Have been going here a few months and will be back.

To begin with, the front office staff is both rude and lacking in empathy towards patients. Stephanie, in particular, gave me an incorrect appointment time. When I showed up, she and another unfriendly staff member acted as if I was lying about the time she had given me and refused to see me. Given my experience as a former medical secretary, I know it’s possible to make a mistake with appointment times. Rather than admitting this, they made me seem dishonest. To top it off, they told me to go to urgent care instead. This is supposed to be my primary care physician, and this is how her staff treated me. As for Dr. Verniecea Harris - I went to her for back pain, and she diagnosed it as a kidney stone, prescribed medication, and ordered imaging. When the results came back negative, she was just as dismissive as her staff and didn’t offer any further solutions.
