The wait time was relatively short and the staff was great, however, Dr. Juan's tone was often condescending and she comes off as judgmental.

I wish I could talk to Dr Juan to explain how patients are treated when trying to get care. There is NO care! I've only spoken to one professional member of her staff, the others are rude, just sitting around and seemingly offended by patients trying to seek treatment. When we first joined her practice we were given Fridays as options because my mom is an elderly COPD patient. Now they no longer honor Fridays so they schedule months in advance.

I have been seeing Dr. Juan for two years and have not had positive experiences. I am looking for a new PCP because of several reasons. She has attempted to prescribe me multiple medications while admitting that she doesn't know much about them, while refusing to renew a prescription I have used for years from a different doctor. She ignores the note in my chart about my long history of disordered eating and comments on my weight every time I visit (I am not overweight but this behavior is not ok regardless). She also forgets every conversation we have, which shows me that she doesn't take the time to make notes after patient visits. Often when I express health concerns, she dismisses me by saying "Oh, but you're so young!!" I'm around 30, and my health concerns deserve to be addressed and taken seriously by a more professional doctor.

Excellent physician and supportive staff. Care provided in timely manner. Treats you as an individual . Knowledgeable about your status and situation. Pleasant.

Dr Juan is such a great doctor. She LISTENS to what you have to say and never seems to be rushing you out
