Very good and very personable. He is a I little socially awkward but I have found him to be professional and really listen to what I am saying. He has always done a good job for myself and my family. It is a small family practice and we like it that way.

The worst part about Vernon isn't his socially awkward nature, his poor personal hygiene, his unnecessary testing or his cartoonish excessive nose hairs. Vernon's worst characteristic is that he's an extremely unpleasant, condescending person. I tolerated Vernon out of convenience. I liked being able to get appointments with short notice and no wait time but he crossed the line with me. He is simply one of the strangest, most disagreeable people I have ever has the misfortune of dealing with.

Dr. Potter is great! It took me a long time to find a Dr. that understood thyroid concerns. I have recommended him to family and friends.

Thee WORST healthcare experience I have ever had.... And I am a Registered Nurse, in grad school for my Nurse Practitioners. Recently moved here. I have some very concerning medical conditions/symptoms in which I have need for a specialized consult. Dr. Potter did not recommend me for a consult until after biopsying a mole, where I was in excruciating pain and informed him I will not be coming back to him and demanded a different referral. Just moved here and very unhappy with his performance.

The worst Dr. possible, I can honestly say I have never met someone who cares less about their patients. I'm a patient who is suffering from a rare form of cancer,im on a multitude of medications one of which is a narcotic pain medication,i was degraded to the point of being in tears as well as just left without my medications and told drug addicts should all go to drugclinics Where We Belong.I understand that addiction has all shapes and sizes but im successful business owner far from a druggie

I went to Dr. Potter for fine lines and wrinkles. I asked for an FDA approved cream for wrinkle. The Dr. gave me antibiotics instead. He suggested that I had a bacterial infection around my eyes causing wrinkles. I spoke to several physicians and pharmacists and they all laughed. It is pretty well known that Dr. Potter is a joke.
