Doctor is very knowledgeable, .pleasant and personable. I find her very caring and she will answer any questions one has.

Dr Chastain is thorough and spends time asking you questions and talking with you. Unlike most physicians who always seem in a rush and to only have 5 mins or less to spend with you, she engages with you, shows genuine interest, and truly tries to diagnose and treat the underlying issue. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Chastain is the absolute best doctor ever. She listens and takes her time to get to the root of the problem. She is caring and very knowledgeable.

Being a medical professional, I had no problems communicating with her. Her accent tends to make thing hard to understand unless you have some medical background. She made my wife sound like she was going to be in the hospital by telling her she was pre-diabetic with a ONE TIME blood sugar of 140. I have taken it several times at no higher than 116. She doesn't form baselines before making comments and sticks religiously to numerical parameters and makes snap diagnoses. My wife has COPD because her father smoked at home ??? He died 43 years ago and she hasn't lived at home for 52+ years. He told me my annual prostate exam could wait til next time..that was 2 years ago. She is condescending in her "bedside" manner. We have switched doctors long ago. Her office staff has more compassion and understanding than she does.

My wife and I were patients for two years. Dr, Chastain seems to have a personal interest, but, cannot possible keep up with every detail. This is where the office staff should earn their pay. These did not.The failed 4 times to schedule a routine colonoscopy, blood tests, and one time even scheduled us both with her office partner. Sorry, our health depends on team work, and a well functioning office, that communicates within itself, this isn't it.

Attentive, caring, provides options. Approach to disease management is evidence-based. Explains rationale fully, solicits questions and responds at patient's level of understanding. Highly recommend her.

This office is very poorly managed. My wife has gone here to find out about some health concerns. They scheduled the first appointment wrong and have failed to complete important paperwork at every turn. Even after she had trouble and complained, they apologized and then still did not complete the paperwork. Total incompetence and has caused alot of stress for our family. I wouldnt sejd my dog to this office. Poorly managed.
