Dr. Victor Dabelea, MD

Over the years, quite of few of my doctors have retired. It's been increasingly difficult to develop a rapport with a physician. I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Dabelea was still practicing at 'Obstetrics & Gynecology...' In the past, I only saw him when my regular doctor wasn't available but what a relief to see a familiar face and not having to deal with the very real and ever present 'Generation Gap.' To be understood and your concerns addressed without being misunderstood makes for a successful office visit. Thank you Dr. Victor Dabelea.

Typically my experience here is very good, but my last visit they asked me if I wanted a pap smear and I said "yes I guess so" as I assumed it was covered by my insurance as part of my annual exam. They neglected to tell me it was not covered so I'm now having to pay $82 out of my pocket. I was disappointed at the lack of communication on this.

I had a very good experience with this doctor. He is professional and kind. I loved working with his nurse Sue, she is great and kind. I would absolutely recommend this doctor.

Dr Dabelea took my concerns extremely seriously. He was kind. He took as much time as I needed and never seemed to be rushed. I feel that he is a very skilled and compassionate physician.

Dr Dabelea performed a robotic myomectomy on my wife to preserve her fertility and avoid damage to her bladder, and also delivered our daughter by c-section. He is always calm and attentive, knows what to pay attention to, and doesn’t sweat the small stuff. He is an expert in his field. Colleagues listen to him when he speaks, and he has a calm and collected bedside manner. He is what all doctors should be. My wife and I trust him greatly. He is a fantastic doctor to be involved with because he takes care of his patients from the examination room to the OR. It is plainly clear that his patients, not his practice, not the hospital, come first. Dr Dabelea is a caring and good man who took care of the people most precious to me.
