Dr. Hoang was a class act. I had pain in my thumb and my elbow. The MA said only one would be addressed, which was disappointing as I waited more than 3 months for appt. But the doctor was very kind and addressed both, and I could not have been more pleased. GREAT doctor!

I felt that Dr. Houng did not review the history of why I was there, which left me with the feeling that he wasn't too interested. I don't know if he was having a bad day or not, but I find him difficult to relate to.

I interacted with Victor as a resident at Brigham and Women's Foxboro. He was very cold and dismissive of me and did not have much of a bedside manner. After waiting nearly an hour to meet with a surgeon, they sent Victor in to talk to me and start looking at my MRI. He talked over me when I was trying to explain something in my MRI and told me that I HAD to get surgery for something I had been living with for years. He told me my tear was repairable based on what he saw in the MRI which was later revealed to be unrepairable. He failed to follow up with me to schedule an MRI for my other knee where I had a meniscus tear and I ended up getting the surgery on the first knee based on his and the surgeon's recommendation but it was the worst decision I had ever made in my life. I can no longer run, play sports, and I can't even walk without pain. I am miserable and I wish I never interacted with Victor. I would not recommend him to anyone.
