Disorganized Staff
Staff has poor communication skills, are disorganized, and are not aware of the most standard practices for their practice. They will schedule out for six to eight weeks but call the next day offering an appointment, but nope cannot have that appointment as they forgot they needed to do a pre-approval . They then call the next day, just joking, we can now get you on the calendar, but nope, sorry, we were wrong again. Staff could not give any information about how billing would be done, and failed to advise there would be at least three separate billing departments that would need to be contacted. They truly need to centralize the process and have a well trained person to discuss all of these issues with patients, especially when you are sometimes talking a few thousand dollars for a 20 minute procedure and possible cancer or serious issues. I have rescheduled with a different practice and the difference is complete night and day.

Personable, professional, and precise. He was excellent about explaining what was going to happen and any follow-up that was needed. His staff was incredible! Would happily visit him again.

Absolutely not! He did not listen and didn’t record anything we talked about. He was at the door ready to leave as I sat asking questions
