After seeing another pain management doctor in Amarillo (briefly), the way I was treated by staff and Dr. Taylor was a breath of fresh air. All interactions were pleasant, kind, and courteous. I was seen in a very timely fashion, and both Dr. Taylor and his nurse - Laini - were focused on detail, working with me to relieve my chronic back pain. I needed pre-authorization for a medication, and Dr. Taylor’s staff took care of this immediately. I highly recommend this doctor for treatment of chronic pain.

I went to Doctor Taylor because my back pain regime no longer worked. The staff was very welcoming and professional. Dr. Taylor took a complete history of my medical and pain issues. He was able to tell me what he could do to help me and he was very correct. I followed the treatment plan that he had for me and I am doing very well. I am a retired RN and I wanted a doctor who would be thorough in his approach to my problem. I did not want pain medication, but I wanted an answer and some help. He and his staff have done that for me. Since I became a patient at his practice, I have met many people who also are his patients. All have told me that they are doing well and really appreciate Dr. Taylor's care and caring approach to pain management. His Nurse Practitioner is a great help with answers when they are needed. I would suggest choosing Dr. Taylor for pain management if a person wants a thorough competent caring physician.

Reply Dr. Victor Taylor performed kyphoplasty on my over 95 year old Mother after she experienced excruciating pain, received treatment from other doctors, and was desperate for relief. She is now a few months from reaching 100 and her active state rivals her active mental state. We are grateful for Dr. Taylor’s intervention and her subsequent recovery.

Dr. Taylor was the ONLY doctor to correctly diagnose and treat my pain, after 3 years of suffering. His office staff members and PAs are professional and friendly. Dr. Taylor is bright, friendly and a good listener. His instructions are clear and easily followed. I am thankful to have him as my pain management physician!

Of course I do not go to a "Pain Clinic" unless I am in much pain. And when I do go, I expect to see THE doctor, not a nurse. I don't think it's proper to put off treatment until pain is unbearable! If I cannot do the most normal, very basic day to day things (like making a sandwich or the mere process of sitting down on a chair) without hitting 8 to 10, what's the point of going to a pain clinic?

Dr. Taylor is my Doctor. I am a real patient. He’s been my Doctor about 5 yrs. I had surgery on my L5-S1 and required pain treatment. The last back injection he gave me, has kept me mobile for almost a full year! I consider him a blessing, I would urge anyone needing a trustworthy pain management Doctor, to have their primary care refer them to him. He truly cares about his patients. He will take the time to Listen. He will find the best treatment options for you with you. Sincerely, MW 2018

Very poor bedside manner. Dr. Taylor speaks down to his patients, and is inconsiderate of their time. He seemed annoyed when I asked him about my procedure and was continuously rushing me through the visit. I waited for 2.5hrs just to be taken to a back room, and waited for another hour there. When the doctor finally showed up smelling like cigarettes for about a 5min rushed conversation, he told me that if I didn't give him advanced notice of cancellation, that he was still going to charge me.
