Was having some issues, saw the APRN before Christmas & she spoke with Dr. Biondi about the visit so Dr. Biondi saw me to go over that & re-examine me. Dr. Biondi is very thoughtful & thorough. I absolutely have 100% trust in her.

I went for acupuncture. It was just the NADA protocol in the ears, was hoping for more. The room wasn't comfortable, old building. The doctor was a half hour late so I only got a 20 min treatment because I had to get home to my kids. Was not worth the hour trip I took to get there. I will be trying somewhere else for acupuncture next time hopefully closer to me and accepts Husky.

I feel completely supported and well taken care of whenever I have a visit with Dr. Biondi. There has been consistently very little wait time and Dr. Biondi’s staff is professional and courteous. Dr. Biondi is a knowledgeable, skilled doctor and a kind, considerate person. Dr. Biondi is an attentive listener and wisely treats the whole person. I feel very comfortable and at ease discussing any issue I may have. Dr. Biondi is a rare find, and I would highly recommend her to family and friends.

This review is based on her staff. I called to be a new patient. Her staff gave me grief because I cancelled appointments and gave over 24 hours notice. Some hung up on me or called my cell and hung up. I had no opportunity to even see her due to her disrespectful staff. She needs to hire better people! I didn’t need to feel harassed by some of her staff or them making me out to be the “ bad guy” for cancelling like on 5 occasions ( with good reasons) and I had the decency to give over 24 hours notice.
