I went see Dr. Chen for a walk-in visit and paid cash. During the visit, I tried to tell her I have eczema on my hands. She even gave it a look and told me that I only paid one visit for my UTI. I had to save my hand skin problems for next visit. It means I didn't pay her enough. The end, she prescripted me the antibiotics named Sulfa (sulfonamide). 1 of the side effects of Sulfa is causing skin rash and hives.

Dr. Chen is kind, respectful and knowledgeable. She takes her time with patients and explains test results and treatment. Her staff is also great to work with and considerate. The office is clean and comfortable. It took a long time to find a great doctor like her. I highly recommend her and her staff.

She is good doctor, she will listen what patient said, but seems very busy makes me feel bad if i ask too man questions.
