Awful. I waited seven months for an appointment that was unbelievably rushed. I did not feel listened to at all, and she was condescending during our incredibly brief interaction and essentially implied that the reason I've had my skin issue for 20+ years is because I'm too inept to read instructions for how to put cream on my face.

What an excellent Doctor
In addition to being an excellent specialist, Dr. Gross is the kindest person ever; very caring. Listens attentively to every problem you might have, focuses on your problem(s), and diagnoses them instantly and with 100% accuracy. And her manual skills – I want to say, an art, rather than skills – are impeccable. I had a few small pieces of glass in my right eyebrow after a car accident of 2 decades ago. I did not want to go for cosmetic surgery… Dr. Gross removed them in a mini-surgery that took just a few minutes and was literally painless. Delightful personality; a great doctor

No front skin exam. Should be at cosmetic counter.
Went to her based on a listing in top docs. She should have been listed in the cosmetologist section. I went for a thorough whole body skin exam. As I a male, I should have realized that I was in the wrong place upon entering office. The decor solely womens' cosmetic products. Upon entering the exam room, there were three, Three, female assistants of unknown roles who were sitting on stools glaring at me without speaking. Dr. Gross only looked at the back of my naked body, and did not therefore see the abnormal growths of the front of my body, which was of initial concern. If she has a problems treating males, and does not wish to examine conditions of their fronts, that is fully her choice, but don't call yourself a dermatologist. Limit your "practice" to women only and advertise as such. You can sell them all the face cream you want, which seems to be her "practice's" primary goal. Get yourself a real dermatologist; cosmetic salesman can best be found in department stores.

She's just fantastic
I've seen a handful of dermatologists over the years and finally have found one that I truly love. She's thorough, listens to your concerns without rushing you (even though the practice stays busy), an excellent doctor, and is just super nice. Thank you Dr. Gross!!

Not recommended for medical consultations
I do not recommend this provider. I was rushed through the appointment that took me 7 months to schedule in less than 5 minutes. The skin cancer screening was hastily performed and not thorough. I was handed a business card for a plastic surgeon if I wanted to have a painful nodule removed, and invited to visit the practice's "aesthetic center" if I wanted some solutions for facial acne exacerbated by mask wearing - a medical, not cosmetic condition. Despite being hurried through my appointment in a matter of minutes, the practice was only too happy to bill my insurance for a 45-59 minute office exam. This is a grossly exaggerated, if not fraudulent claim. This practice seems to be all about making money - sending lots of e-mails inviting you to prepare your "lashes and lips for Valentine's Day", invitations for "Botox Tuesdays", etc. But this might not be the place for you if you desire a thorough skin cancer screening, or have an actual dermatologic medical issue.

I have seen Dr. Gross for several years; however, her expertise appears to be decreasing. She missed a squamous cell carcinoma that I had to point out by telling me "it was nothing" and was flip when the biopsy returned. It required MOHs. The last straw was when I had to wait in my car for 30 minutes in 90 degree heat to see her. Other offices allow "social distancing" in their waiting rooms" rather than you remaining in your car in the heat. Her staff is unprofessional besides being unfriendly. I have since changed dermatologists and what a difference. Wish I had done so after the squamous cell incident.

Dr. Gross I is always attentive and engaged with any concerns you as a patient may have. She is the first to be proaactive with any and all lesions she finds questionable. Sending them off for biopsy and confirmation as she finds necessary. I have the utmost respect and confidence in her as my physician. Her positive personality and competent staff make every visit a pleasure.

TERRIBLE experience. Do not go to this Dr. Her staff is incompetent. After seeing her twice for the same issue, the second being a biopsy with normal results, I requested to discuss other options for treatment as I was still having minor issues. They refused to help me by having a nurse call me to discuss and insisted that I come in A THIRD time for the same issue. This is unacceptable. DO NOT GO TO THEM. Completely unprofessional.

I have seen Dr. Gross several times for general checkups and had a couple of samples removed. She is kind, personable and takes time to answer questions thoroughly. I visited a couple of other Derm previously but never felt liek they were willing to understand my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Gross.

Dr Victoria Gross.. this is who you have to see, she's awesome, she cares, and she'll answer any questions you have. Best doctor there. Waiting room is rough.. usually you'll wait 30-45 min to get called back and then maybe another 30 to be seen, so get ready to spend some time there.

Run far away and do not see dr. Gross. She has ruined my skin forever and I am So depressed about it. She prescribed me mediocre and never explained the effects to me Or what to expect. I had to find out only after it was too late. Then her assistants botched trying to help me and refused to assist unless j kept paying to see them. She is awful. Save yourself and do not see her

Using your iphone to diagnose me incorrectly is not my idea of medical attention. When she used the wrong code to file my insurance resulting in my over billing she dodged my phone calls never returning any of my messages. This doctor cares more about the money than actually helping her patients.
