Rude, Biased and Uncaring
This is not the doctor for those of us within a certain demographic. Dr, Hede biased and stereotypical in his care and in the assistance. He will only give you injections as an option.

Lacks Empathy/Rude/Arrogant
His priority is to base medical decisions on his personal exposure level to potential government interference of doctor /patient relationships. His responsibility is to manage pain. He is not running a pill mill, but doesn’t act like it. If he is too scared to perform his job he needs to find other work. It’s his patiences that are suffering and he does not care.

Dr. Hede
There were a few times I felt rushed, but that was rare. Dr. Hede's office staff is very nice. Dr. Hede is very nice and concerned. He listened patiently while I explained my symptoms and explained what was going on to cause such pain. I gave Dr. Hede 5 stars as I believe he deserves them.

Dr. Hede has been treating me for more than a decade. I suffer constant, unrelenting, lower back pain caused by arthritis. I saw three other physicians, but they could not help. I have never met a more dedicated and hard-working physician. Without his treatment over the past 10 years, the quality of life for me would have been dismal. Dr. Hede reduced the level of pain to a point that I could once again enjoy my senior years. For that, I will always be grateful. If you are in need of a candid, hard-working, ethical physician who will always tell you the truth, then Dr. Hede is your man.

I would highly recommend Dr. Hede. After another Dr. actually not following up, I felt I finally found a Dr. that listened to me with Dr. Hede. I can't thank him enough for everything he has done for me. Even though his office is busy, I feel he took his time to really listen. His staff have also been more than helpful in every call I have made to them.

As a former patient I moved out of the area but went back to see Dr. Hede after my condition worsened. As a previous patient he prescribed relief and gave me quality of life. Upon seeing him again I found him to be arrogant, uncaring and abrupt. He stated that my condition is "not that bad" and recommended a series of shots (for a condition that is not that bad) that I had already received. He responded that he had not done the shots to me as if only he is capable of doing the correctly. Uncaring about the patient but extremely proud of ownership of his new four story professional building. TURN AND RUN!!!

Dr. Hede is very thorough with his exam and the tests he needs to evaluate you. I used Dr. Hede for a pain block of sciatic nerve and had excellent results. Highly recommend M Barrera

I am very happy that my primary Doctor referred me to Dr. Hede. Dr. Hede and all his I am so happy that my primary Doctor referred me to doctor Hede’s office. Dr. Hede and his staff were so compassionate and kind and did their best to accommodate me in their timetable as quickly as possible. Everybody in that office is trained to care and listen to your problem. I felt that they really wanted to help me and they did! Dr. Hede also listened to my problem and asked as many questions as possible to make sure he would make the right diagnosis. Highly recommend Dr. Hede and his office!

Condescending and rude; no concern for patients. I've seen him in his office and in the hospital. *** I NEVER want ANYBODY to have to experience such callous behavior; especially during a time when you are at your weakest***

I would l like to say, I came to doctor Hede after seeing a sports specialist and having MRI and x-rays. After hearing these doctors were not able to help me, I came with continuing pain in my lower neck/upper back. Dr. Hede has been able to help me for sometime now. He is professional and thourgh. His staff is also to be commended. They have worked very hard and stay friendly throughout. Thanks for your help doctor. o

Very uncaring, rude man. If you need pain relief, don't look for it here. The the problem goes beyond Dr. Hede's having a poor bedside manner. He seemed unable to relate to his patient with any degree of empathy. And quite frankly, the ability to empathize with others is what makes us fully human. For a doctor, it is an absolutely necessary trait. Adjectives that describe him: surly, nasty, argumentative, arrogant, unpleasant and a few other words which I wouldn't want to include.
