Does not absorb information: doesn't listen, accused my husband of ordering tests himself (?!) that her office had ordered; minimizes concerns regarding symptoms that can indicate serious issues. Another doctor put me at ease and assured me that it was important to follow up on my issues--which I will, with a different doctor.

Terrible experience. In a telehealth appointment she lectured me in a hostile way, made me feel as if I was being inappropriate by seeking help from my primary care practice. It turned out I had a life threatening issue and needed emergency surgery. I am still traumatized by having been treated so dismissively by someone in my primary care practice. Avoid her.

I've had Dr. Seepana for a few years and I highly value her as my doctor. She is also the primary care to my daughter and her two daughters, 8&4. I've found her to be thorough and concerned with any issues. I would Definitely refer her!!

Horrible. Incredibly rude. Seemed to rush through my appointments and was very condescending towards me regarding my depression issues. The reason for me leaving the practice was her inability to communicate with one of my specialists, which she then of course blamed on me.

She dropped an alarming diagnosis on me, shamed me for my "sexual activity" and was condescending. She needs to rethink why she's in healthcare if she can't treat patients with empathy.

I have been seeing Dr.Seepana for a couple of years. I only continued to see her because I was having a hard time finding another female primary. She has been the worst provider I’ve ever had. Absolutely condescending and recently accused me of actually lying about medication another doctor prescribed. I asked her to check pharmacy records to confirm and she would not. It was , by far , the most unprofessional encounter with a provider I’ve ever experienced. I will be going to Urgent Care until I find another one. I would be very cautious about going to her for any reason.

She greeted me when she came in the room. She was very thorough in gathering information and checking me. I did not feel like she was rushing out of the room. This is my second time to see her, and I now feel comfortable with her as my family physician. I would recommend her to someone seeking a family physician.

I was reassigned to Dr. Seepana when my current PCP at the office left suddenly. To reiterate previous reviews Dr Seepana's bedside manner is dismissive and condescending. I felt as if I was being chastised for the majority of the rushed visit. She then proceeded to change the dosage of my prescription without consulting me, which I only discovered when I picked it up at the pharmacy. I have since found a new PCP and left the Family Care Medical Group practice entirely.

This was my first exam with Dr. Seepana. After waiting in the exam room for over 25 minutes, she entered without any mention of the wait, quickly introduced herself and then asked if I wanted a new vaccine with minimal information about it, asking "you understand?" repeatedly. I felt rushed and ill informed during the very abbreviated exam. She did not listen to my questions, and I felt very uncomfortable and like I was wasting her time. Bedside manner was atrocious, I will not use her again.

I have managed and dealt with Hypothyroidism for 42 years and a patient of the practice for 17 years. After the departure of the NP I was rescheduled with Dr Seepana. She has no bedside manor, her ego is beyond words. She didn't listen instead lectured. She then dropped my dosage way too low (verified after months of being under dosed). When I questioned why the drop that I know my body I was advised to find another doctor if I didn't want to follow her treatment advice. Exactly what I did

This was my first and last visit with Dr. Seepana. Very rushed, actually had one hand on the door knob as she was answering my questions. Walked me to the blood draw room, and left. Never said goodbye, nice to meet you, here's the plan, how to follow up - nothing.

I have been a patient of Dr. Seepana for 2 yrs. She is professional, listens to my concerns, conducts a good exam in my problem area, and makes the correct diagnosis. She has not hesitated to prescribe meds or to refer me "up the ladder" to a specialist, which she recently did. She remembers me from previous visits (some MDs don't seem to!) I have recommended her to friends. I need to listen to her very carefully, as English is not her first language. Not a criticism - just the truth.

Absolutely awful. The LPN staff there is the worst I have ever encountered and extremely unprofessional. A very judgemental "team" and I felt uncomfortable expressing my concerns and was denied blood work done due to time. Save yourself a visit and choose another practice.

Does not want to take any responsibility for refilling medications. Been taking meds for 8-10 yrs. Meds are not narcotics. Always wants another provider to refill medications. Has old chart from previous PC MD. Makes it very difficult to keep up with medications when you have to go to multiple practioners to get Rx,s.

Was only Dr. They could get me in with since other providers were full. Just assumes things without even looking at history. I was going out of country and wouldn't give me prescription refills even though it was in my chart . DOESN'T LISTEN TO PATIENT AT ALL.
