Can't ask about the bill
Doctor Gunna was fine and took her time and explained things. Her front office staff is a whole different story. When I got the bill, I asked them about a line item on the bill and they acted like someone had challenged them to a duel and it was such a heavy burden they had to bear. Part of any front desk is to be courteous to anyone who calls, you will not get that from this front office especially if you ask them about a line item in the bill. In case you go to this office beware they charge you for downloading the data from CGM and reviewing it or reviewing that data at all and you are not allowed to ask any questions about the bill.

I believe if I followed her advice my husband would have died. He had an advanced recurrent thyroid disease that she dismissed due to lab results. Her recommendations to wait as there was no need to be concerned made no sense so reached out for a second opinion. Thank God I did as a month later my husband had surgery to remove multiple lymph nodes that were cancer positive. She and her staff were quite rude when I tried to reach out to get my husband's original test results. They appeared much more concerned about closing for the weekend than realizing what a few extra minutes would have done to our wellbeing. The lack of compassion was quite surprising given I thought both me and my husband had developed a solid friendship with her. I rarely write a negative review as am also a professional so know the seriousness of doing so. I waited a year plus to write this but feel it is very warranted if it can make a difference for someone else who is looking for an endocrinologist.

She's thorough, reviews my history before she sees me and will have a real conversation about options. She's a huge improvement over my last endocrinologist.
