Hi I just want to say he is the best! So impressed in the treatment and the time he takes to listen to your issues. He truly cares about his patients and highly recommend him and truly say you are in good hands with him. Thank you Dr. Patel so glad I picked you as my GI Dr.

The staff is so friendly and on point. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor is super nice, very fast and efficient and knows exactly what he is doing. He calls his patients back himself and will personally call you back if you have questions. The staff was able to approve and schedule surgery for my child the same day! Best visit ever!

My son and daughter have both gotten ear tubes by Dr. Patel. I think he is amazing and my daughter got her tubes done five years ago and when I took my one year old son to see him he still remembered her and asked about her well being after not seeing her for four years. That tells me a lot about him and how much he cares. I recommend this doctor for all Ears nose and throat issues

From the waiting room, the “doctor” himself opened the door to call me back. He didn’t even hold the door open for me, he let it close in my face. I had an ear infection and he said there was some fluid. He turned on this extremely loud machine, like a vacuum cleaner for the ear, and just stuck it in my ear without warning. It was a bit of a shock so I automatically pulled away and he just jabbed it back in. His whole attitude was very condescending. I asked him about some other issues I was having, he was very flippant and didn’t ask me any questions, he just gave me quick, inaccurate responses.

I love these people! I am not from here and have been in and out with Dr's! The staff is very nice, Dr Patel is awesome! I am very happy that I found him. Great place!

Was refused an appt by the office manager because my daughter was a patient of another ENT. I requested to speak with the office manager and of course was transfered to her voice mail. If you are unhappy with your current ENT do not bother going here because they will not help you.

If this is the same Dr. Patel, who did sinus surgery on me, in the early 2000's, he is the best! I was searching for him for my partner. It is a shame, he is so far from New York State, now!

Amazing doctor

The Dr was kind and understanding. Very eager to figure out what my problem was. After a few test he suggested I get a sinus procedure done not really sure on the medical name of it is but they shove a balloon up your nose. The first month was great I could breathe again I was so happy. After 6 months it was like I never had the procedure done. Can't breathe anymore. For the amount of money it cost the procedure was a complete failure. I'm not saying it was his fault, The procedure is worthless

Amazing doctor, very professional, wonderful bedside manner, answers all questions and does not rush. I got amazing results from my treatment. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Great ENT! Was desperate for someone to help my little girl who suffered from chronic ear infections. He listened and helped her. Placed tubes in and she's doing great! Thank you for all your help. I recommend this doctor for anyone whose looking for an ENT.

I took my son to Dr. Patel and it went so well. The staff got us in so fast and treated him so nice. five stars for sure.

The entire visit was great. From check in to check out. The doctor and staff were wonderful!

I've been here 3 times and each visit has been less than one minute. It's like a NASCAR pit stop. He gives me generic info and says come back in 2 weeks. Keep in mind I'm from a rural area and these visits cost me a whole day and taking off work plus paying a copay to someone who spends little to no time with his patients and doesn't really explain or ask questions. Overall feels like he's playing a number game and bilking insurance.

Had a double balloon sinuplasty and I was scared. He explained the procedure and answered all my questions. He was very professional and kind. No bleeding, no pain and all went better than I ever imagined. He kept explaining and giving me confidence all would be well and by the grace of God and Dr V. Patel, I am done and very happy with the results of the procedure and his excellent work. I HIGHLY recommend this Dr he is Awesome!!!!
