Dr. Viktoria Nurpeisov, MD

Wellstar Family Medicine Clinic @ 582 Concord RD is the worst practice I have EVER been to. I was looking for a primary doctor and thru my insurance I found Dr. Nurpeisov. I made my first appointment for a physical and when I show up my appointment isn't with her its with Ibraheem Innab they do that there you make an appointment with her and they put you with someone else and never tell you in advance. Also found out that I wouldn't be getting a physical that day because they like to meet new patients first I did however get a flu shot and now I owe 300$ for it when my insurance covers flu shots. No one will tell me why and my insurance has call them 3 times to explain that I'm covered they do respond say bill is what it is. I had to go back 3 times for my physical because the person that does blood work was off. NEVER call to tell me was a waste of my time. save yourself the heartache. FINE a doctors office that cares.

My PCP. She had a family emergency on the day of my appointment. She called me (not an assistant) to apologize and reschedule. She is personable, professional and thorough. Communications skills are excellent.
