Very very thorough. Pleasant. Spends a lot of time going over labs and procedures. Makes sure I understand everything. Complete written report after appointments. Quick in getting in touch with me after labs as needed. I have complete trust and confidence in her.

i tried to make an appointment with dr. carlone, an endocrinologist, for my diabetes. i was told that they needed my records from my current doctor before they would call me to make the appt. i had my records sent, waited 2 weeks, then called. i was then told i needed a referral from my doctor, even though my insurance doesn't require it. they asked what my diagnosis was and i was told they don't see patients with diabetes. i told them all of the above would have been good to know beforehand
