I've always been a withdrawn and reserved person. I don't make scenes, or really do a lot of conversing if I don't feel confused/have questions. So I was quiet and I generally understood what she was telling me, so I didn't speak up much. I guess I didn't give her the reaction she wanted when she discussed my PCOS risks with me. Because I got, as word-for-word as I can recall, "it seems like you don't care, and if YOU don't care, why should I care?" out of it. To me, completely out of nowhere. Never went back. Honestly, it had an emotional impact that still sometimes hits when I see doctors today. I always worry they'll decide I don't care about my own life enough because of arbitrary assumptions. I'm sure she's capable and experienced, but it was rude and unprofessional. I'd sooner go without than return to this office.

Dr. Bajaj accurately and immediately upon reviewing my previous lab work, diagnosed my brain tumor. Additional tests and MRI confirmed. Five previous MDs missed it and dismissed my symptoms. Her treatment plan has reduced the size by more than half without surgery and I am no longer diabetic. Very thorough and compassionate.

Dr. Bajaj was impatient with me during my first (and only) visit with her. She didn't want to hear about my symptoms, rather only looked at my test results from another doctor. I understand that the tests are important, but thought she'd want to listen to me as well since I know my symptoms. She did warm up to me in the end, assuring me that we would figure this out. When my three test results came back normal, she said she did not need to see me again. Big help. Can't recommend her.

I have a couple of serious health conditions, that are listed in my file. it seems like every visit I have to explain them to her again. My insurance recently changed so I needed to change a medication. She didn't want to change the medication, and her reasoning was it would cause the side effects that I already have on a permanent basis. Very frustrating.

I have had 7 healthy babies with Dr. Bajaj as my provider. She has always treated me with respect and compassion. Her office staff has always been professional and treated me as a friend, not just as another patient. I only wish she'd come back to KY.
