Like a couple other comments, makes you feel like your, well stupid. So office / bedside manners needs real serious improvement. Made me wait 2 weeks for pathology, which was positive for cancer, when the results where done in two days. Did not look at results until day of visit. To me that is just bad office practice. For all I can tell he seems like a very good urologist but that is like 60 percent of the job.

Excellent experience with Dr. Bird managing a persistent kidney stone, removal, and stent. He was very attentive and patient with my myriad questions.

I had a terrible experience with Dr.Bird. I gave him two stars simply because he did remove the stone, For my second blockage I felt like he insulted & mocked me due to my worries of already having a terrible experience with my first blockage and doctor. He left my stint in far too long. Causing problems with removal. He also put the stint on top of a smaller stone. I recently ended up having issues & he wanted to drag it out 6 weeks! Got a new urologist and it turned out to only be 4 days!

Very rude and arrgraount horrible plan of care felt very uncomfortable won't be going back worst physician experience

Dr. Bird was recommended to me from NYU Dept. of Urology in NYC were I was getting excellent care, this care continues with Dr. Bird. Very approachable considerate and understanding of my problems. I'm lucky to have him in my corner.
