His staff was very professional and courteous. Dr. Carey took the time to explain the surgery in detail and was happy to answer any questions we had. My daughter's surgery was quick and she healed well. I highly recommend this office. The billing specialist was very thorough and detailed in explaining the billing and payment process.

do not recommend this practice to anyone. staff is very rude and become worse once you have paid. very very poor customer service. do not answer insurance questions clearly and almost mislead and make you pay even if you have insurance coverage. rush you out of the clinic as soon as the procedure is done even if you are not awake yet and still bleeding heavily. very very disappointing. do not go there. another person i know had the same experience 10 years ago, nothing has changed since then.

Very bad customer service, I was referred by pediatric dentist and the experience was bad.

The lady in charge of the front office needs a massive lesson in customer service. She is the most unpleasant, unfriendly, unhelpful person that I’ve had to deal with in a long time. Her name is Esther. She does not give out all the information at once, she likes to piecemeal it only so that she can argue with you once you’ve developed a solution... only to give you more information on why that cannot happen. This process repeats itself until it is frustrating beyond believe. I don’t believe she ever smiled or look friendly from the moment I walked in. As I was standing at the counter waiting in line having not even spoke to them, she came off as irritated. She is adversarial and her service cannot even be described as mediocre. I was paying without insurance and after having told me several times, she insisted to repeat, “it’s going to be $1500 to $2000!” as if she didn’t think I could pay or she didn’t trust me. I would not return to this oral surgeon SOLELY to not deal w/ her.

My first visit was for my son. Dr. Carey was very professional with great bedside manners. He seemed very knowledgeable and most of all concerned. He goes into details to ensure you understand the medical treatment/plan in which he will being using. It was quite refreshing having a doctor that actually seemed to love what he does. I highly recommend Dr. Carey and his professional staff.

Dr. Carey is AWESOME! His FRONT DESK Staff, not so much. He may need to fire and hire staff who WANTS to be there to serve the public. Many people choose Dr. Carey and it’s unfortunate that we have to deal with them first.

Dr. Carey saw my mentally disabled sister. His bed side manners with her really made her feel safe and comfortable with him. He completely qnd thoroughly explained her condition and treatment where she understand. His staff is awesome as well

I had eight teeth removed in one visit and my mouth has totally healed and the experience was not frightening even though I chose to be awake during the procedure.

I would only recommend this office if it is the only one your insurance covers. While Dr. Carey is very caring and competent his office staff is not. They do not return phone calls. They do not give full information. They do not file insurance the way they were asked. (my medical would have covered part of the procedure if they had bothered to file it.) I will never be back nor will I recommend them. An office is only as good as the worst staff member.

I agree with most about the bill paying method. That could improve. Also, the office staff was nice but needs a bit more organization. BUT, Dr. CAREY was very informative and professional. He is soft spoken with a good bedside manner. He explained everything and I don't remember the procedure which is what I wanted.

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Carey. The surgery and recovery went smoothly. The staff and Dr. Carey are extremely professional and friendly.

This office is absolutely awesome! My son had oral surgery early one morning, by afternoon Dr. Carey himself called to check on my son. I have never had a dentist to do this. I was taken aback. Also, the staff is extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. I will recommend anyone to use Dr. Carey for your oral care.

Dr. Carey did a great job taking my wisdom teeth out. I haven't had any complications. All the staff that I met were really friendly and the office is gorgeous.

Dr. Carey is an excellent surgeon, but he trust and believes more in his staff that tell lies to him rather than his patients. My procedure was never completed because he choose to believe in his staff rather than the truth from the person he worked on. I would not recommend this practice not because he is not a excellent but because of his staff. They are liars. PATIENTS BEWARE!!!

Waiting to get approved by the insurance company and getting a clearance from medical doctor was a little nerve racking. But it was just a procedure thing. Other than that, his office staff was awesome and so was he. He actually called to check on my daughter the evening of her surgery to check on her. Highly recommend his office!!

Dr.Carey is very thorough in his processes and makes you feel comfortable with what he is doing. I will say the administrative staff is terrible. Their demeanor is very rude and unfriendly. They do not speak in a manner you would expect from a surgery center or any medical facility for that matter. They need to understand that they can impact a patient's decision to come back.
