Dr. Vincent Laganella, DO

My husband was injured in a fall and Dr Laganella and his staff were right there for him and followed up 3 times to make sure he was doing well. Can’t say enough good things about him and his staff.

His knowledge is extensive and he is a doctor that cares for his patients immensely.

Dr Laganella was on time and adresssed all my concerns. Office phones are an issue but the doctor was excellent.

Wife and I have been with him about 11 years now and he is the best PCP we have ever had. Wife's age 66 and my age is 82. Been married 38 years and counting until the good Lord calls us home. Dr. Laganella really cares about his patient's health and goes out of his way to get us in on short notice. He makes sure he hears us and understands what we are there for. He keeps us off as many Rx's as possible and still wants us healthy. Would have clicked 10 stars if available. I am a Navy vet

I had Dr. Laganella for several years before moving out of state. After being away for 3 years, I moved back to Florida. I had been so impressed with him before, that I re-established with his office even though I now have a 45 minute drive to get there. He listens, he's compassionate, he refers when necessary...he's a great doctor. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

We recently moved to Ruskin. We changed our secondary insurance. My husband choose Dr. Laganella from the Bay Care doctors list. We were very pleased with his thoroughness and caring personality.

Been our Dr for 16 years. Whenever we've had a health issue, he sees us that day! No ER or Urgency care,. You are his focus. His manner is calm & reassuring. Christmas Eve morning my husband had severe breathing issues. Office was open & saw him immediately. Bronchitis. Nebulizer and 4 Rxs and we were home in no time and his breathing so relieved. In 1 day, diagnosed ?? problem & had stent within days. Saw him same day I realized I had shingles. Immediate Tx in his office. Same for UTI, etc

I like Dr. Laganella and he is a very caring doctor but it is difficult to get prescriptions that he has prescribed refilled. The recording does not address every prescription situation: such as a change in pharmacy.

I will never return to this horrible and rude facility/doctor/staff.

An excellent doctor and staff. He has been our family doctor for more than fifteen years and have always been able to get same day appointments if ill and have never waited more than five minutes past scheduled time. I'm impressed with a doctor that respects your time as much as his own. He has excellent skills and is always current on medical practices. Highly recommend!

Dr. Laganella has been my primary care doctor for over 10 years. I trust him completely and have never had any complaints. I've always felt that he has taken what ever time is necessary to explain things but he is very busy and wont have time to just sit and chat or wait for you to come up with other questions. Appointment times aways run very close to on time. Don't be late!

As a medicare patient, the visits are short and relatively intense. If you have questions better write them down. With that being said, I have been a patient for over 10 years and he has kept me pretty healthy. Easy to talk to but you must put your full attention into the visit.

I have been having problems with my prescriptions being sent to the Pharmacy and now a referral to my gastroenterologist, Dr. Michael Small, has not been sent. I requested it on 2/10/16. I have an appointment on 2/23/16 w/Dr. Small and I need a referral and copies of my blood work. I am frustrated how my prescriptions and referrals are handled by the Personnel at Bay Care.
