Negative bedside manner, rushed me out, didn’t answer questions, not sure if competent. He entered the room with a negative attitude. He described symptoms that I didn’t have. When I pointed that out, he cut me off and told me that I “was lucky” not to have all of the symptoms. He told me that my sphincter was tighter than his other older patients who are penetrated by the device with ease like “a dart”. I asked him why I was having incontinence and what can be done. He responded with “you’re old”.

Great doctor and staff. Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Lucente provide me with treatment options and surgical recommendation. He listened to my concerns regarding the mesh commercials and after hearing his detailed explanation, I completely agree that his recommendation of surgery using mesh is the best option for me. I would, without hesitation recommend Dr. Lucente to every woman I know.
