Doctor and his staff/associates were very professional, personable and friendly. Made me feel very relaxed and comfortable with less anxiety talking about undergoing open heart surgery.

I was very disappointed that Dr. Nardy did not do a follow up himself instead of having a nurse check with me. Basically I spent more time filling out paperwork than I did on my condition. I like Dr. Nardy and his staff but I feel he should do the follow up appointment himself.

Never have we seen Dr. Nardy for check-ups after surgery. Always some assistant.

This was a consultation in preparation for surgery. Staff and provider gave excellent service. I felt very comfortable in this office for a first time appointment.

I was greeted by , the receptionist, who processed the insurance information, very quickly and efficiently. She did an outstanding job communicating and informing me of issues non-related to my appointment. (ID security, parking, any assistance I may have needed, etc,.) I met with the nurse who did vitals and then the PA who reviewed medical history. Both individuals were well informed and very professional. I then met with the Physician, Dr. Nardy, who went through my medical issues and explained all my options. Overall my experience was nothing less than outstanding for this visit. I am extremely pleased and I have a very high degree of confidence with this office and staff.

I went to cardiologist to get checked out because I had been having intermittent chest pressure and shortness of breath. They sent me directly to hospital for heart catherization and then told I had to have open heart surgery, which was done 2 days later by Dr. Nardy.
