Dr. Vincent Ostrowski, MD

I scheduled an appointment which required me to get a referral. I filled out 4 sheets of information. And I showed up 20 minutes early. Once I arrived - I gave the front desk my paperwork and insurance info and was told to sit while they reviewed things. My appointment time came and went although 3 patients went back. After waiting 20 minutes past my time and zero communication, I went to ask what the delay was. The woman said her audiologist was running behind. No communication as to when I was going to get to see the doctor. I would have loved to stay - but what level of quality do you get after the doctor is behind and you need a consult as to how you will doeal with tinnitus and hearing loss? Not a quality situation for a place that expects payments upfront.

I wanted information on tinnitus, which is now a part of my daily life. It's impacting my life, and I can't sleep. The Dr told me to just turn on the TV, lots of people have it. He was dismissive and condescending. So disappointing.

Vestibular issues are notoriously diffcult to diagnose. Many people with vestibular issues suffer greatly. Dr. Ostrowski identified my condition and recommended effective treatment that enormously enhanced my well being. I will be forever grateful.

Dr will not see anyone with Medicaid. The office is so busy or dysfunctional that it took me 38 min to get a answer. You have to be wealthy to be seen by this doctor.

I was new to the area, and I am glad that I found Dr. Ostrowski to by my local ear specialist. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and takes time to learn a patient's history. There was little wait time, too.

Can't say enough good things about this man. He literally saved my husband's life. When passing through Indianapolis my husband became extremely ill. A visit to the St. Vincent's ER indicated meningitis. Treatment was started immediately but it was obvious after a few days something else was wrong. Dr. Ostrowski was called on a holiday and came right in diagnosing a potentially fatal brain abscess. He scheduled surgery for the next morning. It made all the difference. So grateful for his skill.

The doctor is wonderful. His staff, however, are bar none the worst we have ever encountered in terms of civility and client care.

Dr. Ostrowski is a wonderful doctor and is a consummate professional. His expertise and knowledge were evident immediately and I had the utmost confidence in his diagnosis and his recommendations. Because of his medical treatment, my quality of life has improved immensely! I would highly recommend Dr.Ostrowski and his very friendly and attentive staff.

Dr. Ostrowski was able to diagnose two ear infections that I had, that my regular doctor did not see.

Dr. Ostrowski is always very kind and he is very professional. He always takes the time to answer any questions that I may have during my visit. I truly appreciate Dr. Ostrowski and everyone who works within the office. I have never had to wait for more than five minutes before seeing the doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Ostrowski to others.
